After a close friend of mine had difficulties finding a job in tech, I knew I had to work on this platform to help both recruiters find the best talent and for talented devs to find employment opportunities.
When I initially built the platforms, I had used Rails 5 with Bulma CSS, however, after realizing that I wanted to do more with this platform, I decided to re-engineer it and use Rails 6 with Tailwind CSS, Postgres, Alpine JS, Stimulus JS. I made the app as basic as can be and free to use for all so more and more people and companies can be helped by it.
